Frequently Asked Questions
Shipping and Packaging Prints (Not Originals)
Orders are processed on Tuesdays and Fridays. Once processed, shipping time varies by destination.
Smaller prints (8x10) ship flat, and are packaged in protective cello sleeves and sturdy rigid mailers. Larger prints (11x14 and above) may ship rolled.
There is no additional shipping charge for purchasing more than one item.
Orders of Original Artwork (Not Prints)

Care Instructions for PRINTS
Prints are created and packaged using acid-free, archival materials. As with all artwork, direct sunlight should be avoided to protect the work from fading. When handling the work, try to hold it by the edges of paper to minimize any transfer of oil from your fingers. If using tape to mount to a mat, use of an acid-free artist's tape is recommended.
Care Instructions for Original Artwork on Canvas
All Original Canvas art will be accompanied with Certificate of Authenticity. This will have care instructions written on it.
Return Policy
If you are not happy with your print, contact me within 3 days of receiving the item and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping Damage
In the very sad event of shipping damage, please contact me directly via Etsy ASAP to arrange a refund or replacement of the damaged item. You will be asked to provide photos of the damage for insurance purposes before a refund is issued, so please don't throw the piece or the packaging away!
Flattening Rolled Print
When you remove your rolled print from the shipping tube, lay it on a clean flat surface for a few days to unfurl. Do not try to frame a print that has just been removed from the tube.
